If damage occurs due to failure to receive the package, a Mirunska.com is entitled to demand a penalty of HUF 10 000 from the consumer (buyer).

If the damage caused by failure to receive the package exceeds HUF 10 000, the Mirunska.com is entitled to demand from the consumer (buyer) an amount equal to the amount of incurred and itemized costs (for example, delivery, freight, fulfillment, relabeling, etc. costs).

In case of late payment, the Civil Code. On the basis of § 301/A (2), we charge late interest at a specified rate.
