If the courier cannot deliver your package, he will try to deliver it again a little later. If this also fails, the package is automatically returned to the Mirunska.comto.

A Mirunska.com the purchase contract is created electronically at the moment of placing an order on the website. Pursuant to this contract, the consumer (buyer) undertakes to pay the purchase price and receive the package, and is also obliged to cooperate with the Mirunska.comwith and must inform about all relevant circumstances that may affect the performance of the contract (Ptk. § 6:215 and Ptk. § 6:62 (1)).

The consumer (buyer) is obliged to notify the online store or its agent, or the courier service, if for some reason he is unable to receive the package or is only able to do so at a later date. Otherwise, failure to provide information constitutes a breach of contract, which may result in compensation.

If damage occurs due to failure to receive the package, a Mirunska.com is entitled to demand a penalty of HUF 10 000 from the consumer (buyer).

If the damage caused by failure to receive the package exceeds HUF 10 000, the Mirunska.com is entitled to demand from the consumer (buyer) an amount equal to the amount of incurred and itemized costs (for example, delivery, freight, fulfillment, relabeling, etc. costs).

In case of late payment, the Civil Code. On the basis of § 301/A (2), we charge late interest at a specified rate.

Refund

You can cancel your order and request a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt of the purchased product.
Important! The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers, economic organizations (enterprises) may not exercise it!

When requesting a refund, please consider the following conditions:

  • there should be no signs of wear on the products.
  • the products must not be damaged or missing any accessories (straps, etc....).
  • the notification of the product refund request must be sent within 30 calendar days of receiving the package
  • the product must be returned in a packaging that protects it from damage during transport.
  • in the case of returned products that are damaged, incomplete, used or with signs of wear, we reserve the right to apply a reduction in value or refuse the refund.

Refund method:

  • the amount to be refunded will be transferred back to the bank account specified by you. The refund period is a maximum of 15 calendar days.
  • if you have already received the product, intact and undamaged, with the original label, you must return it to us at your own expense.
