A Mirunska.com in case of faulty performance, you can enforce a warranty claim against the company according to the rules of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code.
According to your choice, you can use the following accessory warranty claims:
You can request a repair or replacement, unless the fulfillment of the request you have chosen is impossible or the company would incur disproportionate additional costs compared to the fulfillment of your other request. If you did not or could not ask for the repair or replacement, you can request a proportional reduction of the compensation or have the defect repaired by someone else at the company's expense or withdraw from the contract.
You can switch from your chosen accessory warranty right to another, but the cost of the switch will be borne by you, unless it was justified or Magnastore provided a reason for it.
You are obliged to notify us of the error immediately after its discovery, but no later than within two months of the discovery of the error. After the two-year statute of limitations from the execution of the contract, the accessory warranty right can no longer be asserted. In the case of a used item, this deadline is a maximum of one year.
You can enforce your accessory warranty claim against Magnastore.hu.
Within six months from the date of delivery, there is no other condition for asserting a warranty claim for accessories other than reporting the defect, if you can prove that the product or service Mirunska.com provided. However, after six months have passed since the performance, you are already obliged to prove that the defect you recognized was already present at the time of performance.
Product warranty
As a product warranty claim, you can only request the repair or replacement of the defective product.
The product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force at the time it was placed on the market or if it does not have the properties described by the manufacturer.
You can assert your product warranty claim within two years of the product being placed on the market by the manufacturer. After this deadline, you will lose this right.
You can only exercise your product warranty claim against the manufacturer or distributor of the movable item. You must prove the defect of the product in the event of a product warranty claim.
The manufacturer (distributor) is only released from its product warranty obligation if it can prove that:
– the product was not manufactured or marketed as part of its business activities, or
- the defect was not recognizable according to the state of science and technology at the time of placing it on the market or
- the defect of the product results from the application of legislation or mandatory official regulations.
It is sufficient for the manufacturer (distributor) to prove one reason for exemption.
Due to the same error, you cannot assert an accessory warranty claim and a product warranty claim at the same time, parallel to each other! However, if your product warranty claim is successfully asserted, you can assert your accessory warranty claim for the replaced product or repaired part against the manufacturer.

For environmental reasons, the warranty card is always sent to the customer electronically. With this, or with the serial number on the product, you are entitled to enforce any warranty claim with us.
Due to the same error, you cannot assert a claim for accessory warranty and warranty, or a claim for product warranty and warranty at the same time, in parallel with each other, but you are entitled to the rights arising from the warranty.
